Born in 1974, Simone Maci comes from a family of restaurant owners, and he has been working in F&B all his life.
In 1999, he started a close relationship with the 3F American Bartender School, the most prestigious school in Italy. He worked in London for a long time, where he combined his style and experience with the excitement of the vibrant capital city of the UK. Since 2006, he has established world-renowned cocktail bars, working closely with star chefs and famous venues of the beverage business.
