At FLAMEL, we elevate cocktail creation through the use of advanced distillation techniques, ensuring the highest quality and originality of our drinks. Central to our process is the Rotavapor®, a modern alembic that allows for precise and gentle distillation.
Inspired by the legendary alchemist famous for his quest for the philosopher's stone, Nicolas Flamel, to whom we pay tribute with our name, our mixologists harness the Rotavapor® to re-distil organic Swiss alcohol with fresh herbs from our urban garden and exotic spices from around the world. This meticulous process, conducted under vacuum and at low temperatures, preserves the vibrant, fresh flavours of the ingredients, resulting in spirits that are both unique and exceptional.
Our cocktails are designed to be low in alcohol and have a reduced amount of sugar, providing a uniquely balanced experience. Check out our menu for inspiration.

Nicolò Rapezzi, the craftsman of Mixology
Nicolò Rapezzi, born in 1989, is known for his creative flair and expert craftsmanship. With a passion for flavours and a talent for twisting traditional recipes with a refined touch, Nicolò creates unique drinks using original ingredients and self-distilled spirits.
His journey began in high-end bars between Milan and Como, where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of mixology. Through years of dedication, Nicolò mastered the art of cocktail creation, expertly melding time-honoured techniques with contemporary innovations.
With his dedication extending to fermentation, homemade kombuchas are a highlight in FLAMEL's beverage repertoire. At FLAMEL he crafts drinks that are not only visually stunning, with a distinct minimalistic approach, but also delightfully complex, offering a true celebration of taste and creativity.
