Gourmet & Health is an evening that revolves around the concept of food as health care and protection.
The event will start at 19h00 with a short speech by Derry Procaccini, president of the Swiss Academy of Advanced Nutrition, and Dr. Luca Speciani, head nutrition doctor of the Italian national ultramarathon team. They will explain how to recognise real healthy food easily and avoid the deceptions of the food industry.
You will discover the 5 golden rules to improve your health with food, promoting a healthy lifestyle without sacrificing taste.
This will be followed, at 20h00, by a gourmet dinner at the FLAMEL Bistrot where Chef Andrea Barbano will propose a menu developed according to these principles, to make you appreciate healthy food prepared in a way that maintains an incredibly good taste.
