Our philosophy centres on the belief that natural ingredients are not only more flavourful but also healthier. We use fresh products from local farms, respecting the integrity of raw materials in all our dishes.
To ensure the highest quality, we grow a significant portion of vegetables in our gardens in the rolling hills around Mendrisio using ancient, chemical-free methods, while in our urban garden on the rooftop, our herbs and spices flourish.
With passion and creativity, we honour even the less noble cuts, and we bring back to the table long-forgotten, genuine products, to offer you an unexpected and addictive dining experience.

Discover our new lunch option: "Menu Mezzogiorno Primo" at CHF 28, includes a seasonal salad and first course, while the "Menu Mezzogiorno Secondo" at CHF 36 features a seasonal salad and main course. Both include our microfiltered water.
